Old Line Bancshares is the holding company for Old Line Bank, serving consumers, businesses, and wealthy individuals in the Old Line State and in the Washington, DC, area. With some 20 branch offices, the bank offers standard retail products including deposit accounts, CDs, and credit cards. It uses funds from deposits to write business and consumer loans; commercial real estate loans make up about half of its portfolio. The bank also offers luxury boat financing. The company also owns 50% of real estate firm Pointer Ridge Office Investment. Old Line acquired Maryland Bankcorp in 2011 in a move that doubled its branch network and asset portfolio.
